This product contains whey protein isolate and is sourced from cows. It is a low-fat and low-carbohydrate whey protein option based on its typical macronutrient profile.

Serving Suggestion
Mix 1–2 scoops (30g per scoop) with 300–400ml cold water in your shaker.
