Usage Instructions:

• Mix 1 serving (30g) with freshly boiled water in a 3:1 ratio (90ml water) and stir until smooth.
• Alternatively, use cold water, milk, or a milk alternative to prepare. Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency.
• Cream of Rice can also be cooked in the microwave for convenience.
• For those short on time, it can be mixed with water in a shaker bottle and consumed immediately.

Depending on your nutritional goals, more than one serving can be used per meal.
